Jessica Bahr is currently finishing her bachelors of science in Physics while working in lean manufacturing.   As an undergraduate she has taken advantage of many professional development and internship opportunities which have allowed her to witness Gen-Y employment and work issues from both sides of the fence. She writes about issues she sees her generation facing in hopes to enable them to succeed.
